Dwight Strayer

Chief Strategy Officer
Chief Strategy Officer, Dwight Strayer, joined Service Express as one of its first field engineers in 1988 when the company was better known as Great Lakes Computer. Dwight was named IT director in 1999 and initiated automation frequently used in our service and support processes. In 2000, Dwight was named Vice President of Service and then Chief Operating Officer in 2012. He takes pride in his ability to help grow and develop leaders within the organization.

Dwight currently serves as the President of the SIA (Service Industry Association).

When he isn’t in the office, Dwight enjoys being on the water: sailing, wakeboarding, or just spending time with family.
