John MaddenChief Operating Officer
John Madden joined Service Express in 2020, bringing over 25 years of experience in leading growing companies. As Chief Operating Officer, John directs the organization’s strategic growth through strong financial planning, analysis, operations and more.
John’s background includes executive roles for global enterprise organizations including, Dell, Inc. DJO Global, a medical device provider and Tesla Energy. He has played a critical role in designing and executing multiple business transformation programs and delivering significant returns across multiple departments.
In addition to his years of successful leadership, John served as a U.S. Army officer from 1990-1995. He served in the 82nd Airborne Division and 2nd Infantry Division as an Infantry and Military Intelligence Captain. John also attended the University of California Davis and Thunderbird Graduate School of International Business.
When John is not leading initiatives at Service Express, you can find him training for his next triathlon, VR gaming, or spending time with his wife, Beth, and their two sons.
