As the Chief Marketing Officer at Service Express, Joshua Leatherman leads the strategic direction and growth of the marketing, sales development and revenue operations teams. Since joining the company in 2011, he continues to expand digital proficiencies through new channels such as intent data, content syndication, paid advertising, social media, SEO and more.
With the help of his leadership team, Joshua seeks to grow people and to grow pipeline to support the Service Express goal of achieving $500M by 2025. The marketing department has grown to over 60 team members who contribute up to 70% of the company’s new business pipeline. His teams endeavor to increase awareness of the Third-Party Maintenance (TPM) category and the premier Service Express brand within the category.
Joshua has a passion for helping others with their professional careers. That’s why he was drawn to serving as an adjunct professor in the Graduate Studies program at Cornerstone University, where he earned his MBA in 2007. In his free time, you’ll find Joshua on a trail biking with his sons, geeking out over any kind of new technology gadget and traveling with his wife and two sons.
