Service Express is Named One of Michigan’s 2017 Best and Brightest in Wellness®

September 12, 2017

Grand Rapids, MI – Service Express has been named one of Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness®, the premier awards program that honors companies and organizations that demonstrate quality and excellence in health and wellness.

The Best and Brightest in Wellness® celebrates companies that are making their businesses healthy, the lives of their employees better and the community a healthier to place to live. The program provides yearlong education, benchmarking, assessment tools and interaction amongst the best employers throughout Michigan.

“The wellness of our employees is a key initiative here at Service Express, so we are pleased to be recognized for our commitment to the health and well-being of our employees,” said Service Express President and CEO Ron Alvesteffer. “Our team is excited to take on new wellness challenges and we are excited to continue promoting healthy habits!”

Winners were evaluated by using an assessment, created and administered by SynBella, the nation’s leading wellness provider.

“Having a healthy and happy workforce leads to a healthy company bottom line. This year’s winning companies represent high standards and an exceptional commitment to healthy employees, healthy families and a healthy community,” said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of MichBusiness and the Michigan Food and Beverage Association.

The winning companies will be honored by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) during a wellness symposium and awards gala on Friday, October 20, 2017 at The Henry in Dearborn, MI.
