Technical Basics 101

Engineer classwork begins with an Introduction to Servers, Equipment Insights and Entry Level & Mid-Range Tape.

Targeted Learning

Each training path develops an engineer’s expertise in supporting customer equipment with hands-on classes and course certifications.

Individual Support

A mentor assists new FSEs with processes and technical skills, also partnering on service calls for the first six months in the field.
