If so, we may have a great opportunity for you as an Account Manager, Small & Mid-Market! This person will be focused on building and fostering relationships with existing Service Express customers.
Here’s what this position is all about:
Regularly meet with assigned customers to maintain and grow business relationship
Identify new business opportunities and close add-on revenue
Collaborate with Sales Support to ensure timely contract renewals and agreement changes
Provide quotes on solution-oriented services/equipment that will make them more profitable and update service agreements
Respond to billing, hardware, and/or maintenance contract questions in a timely manner
Update Salesforce with customer contacts and sales activity
Work closely and collaborate with the Service Team to deliver our standard of exceptional service
Desired Skills & Experience
1-3 years of sales experience is preferred as well as a proven track record as a top performer and history of contributing to process improvements.
