The Senior Sales Operations Analyst provides support to sales management by preparing reports and analyzing sales statistics while producing valuable insights using Service Express tools and systems to improve impact sales metrics. The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will handle projects from conception to completion and effectively communicate across the company, both domestically and internationally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Extract and analyze data from internal systems for sales management
Assist in the preparation of internal and external correspondence for report preparation
Assist in the preparation and analysis of presentation material
Build, Automate and design innovative tools that makes the sales team more effective and efficient.
Partner with the Salesforce team to ensure Dashboards are accurate & complete
Map sales processes through SFDC to ensure processes are efficient
Manage and implement projects.
Staying on the cutting edge of technology and always taking the initiative to learn new tools and increase your analytical and statistical capabilities.
Supporting sales management and the commercial sales team with ad hoc analysis and data requests
Partner with Sales Leaders to analyze pipeline and provide recommendations
Develop and analyze important metrics around sales and marketing pipeline to drive revenue growth, reporting, dashboards, and ensure forecasting
Analyze data using available reports and build custom data queries to identify trends and make recommendations to leadership by using systems managed by the Business Systems and Marketing/Sales Operations teams.
Drive process improvements and help manage data in CRM and marketing automation tools, including workflow, reporting, data integrity, and maintenance.
Partner with BI and Marketing to create queries to feed reports for regular business reviews, annual planning process and forecast models.
Analyze the performance of marketing and sales programs, and work with partners across the inbound team to improve the Return on investment and effect of their programs.
Evaluate and improve data quality and cleanliness in HubSpot, Salesforce, and other systems.
Propose improvements on how we can do predictive modeling and improve our data enrichment practices
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 3-5 in sales analytics and/or sales leadership
Software: Power BI or Tableau, Salesforce, SQL, Microsoft tools
Technical, Analytical skills, and business knowledge
Proficiently work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities
Communication and Interpersonal skills; Teamwork and leadership
Organizational skills; Self-management
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and demonstrated analytical capability; experience with pivot tables and v-lookups required
Detail and results oriented
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
High level of confidentiality and discretion
Strong communication skills; interpersonal skills; teamwork and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
