We are hiring a Project Manager for our rapidly growing team! We are looking for someone that looks at complex business initiatives and is energized by helping to bring order, prioritization, timelines and a roadmap to executing solutions to the teams involved in these projects.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer relationship skills and someone who will always be an ambassador of Service Express.

The role of the Project Manager.... (Hybrid working model)

  • Work closely with the Service Delivery Managers, Technical Teams and the Service Desk in Service Transitions
  • Interprets business requirements to design and implement projects
  • Provide support to the Sales Team with contract/billing questions adding and managing Jira tickets for projects including comparing Excel spreadsheets, agreement mergers, providing customer specific reports, and completing large contractual requests such as adds and deletes
  • Build strong focused teams for each project
  • To create and update all documentation as required by projects, including (but not limited to) Project Plans, RAAID (Risks, Assumptions, Actions, Issues, Dependencies), Project Initiation Document (PID)
  • Assist with budgeting and project goal setting
  • Encourage and facilitate cross departmental collaboration
  • Oversee the development of documentation for each new process
  • Create continuous improvement through evaluation of both successes and failures
  • Evaluate and report the level of success for each project completed
  • Be familiar with integration of various software platforms and business processes
  • Update and maintain historical archive of projects

What you will bring?

  • PRINCE2 qualified to Practitioner level
  • Appreciation of ITIL methodology and qualification to Foundation level preferred
  • Proven track record in project management in a related industry
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workloads and manage deadlines even within high pressure environments
  • A proven record to drive project deliverables forward, working cooperatively with teams who have a broad range of skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with staff at all levels, within Service Express and external to the business
  • Good customer relationship skills and is always an ambassador for Blue Chip, A Service Express Company!
