Service Express is looking for a talented professional who wants the opportunity to serve as a Revenue Operations Specialist for our organization. This role will join a well-established and mature Revenue Operations team.
To be successful in this role, you must be highly skilled in providing day-to-day support to our Sales and Marketing teams. This includes responding to help desk requests, creating reports & dashboards, loading lists into Salesforce, and assisting with data management projects.
Here’s what this position is all about:
Support the health/governance of Service Express’ Salesforce instance
Develop and deploy standard data management practices for the Revenue Operations team
Handle administrative functions including user management, workflow, process builder and other tasks
Maintain a strong relationship with marketing and sales-related teams and leaders to help improve each team’s business efficiency
Develop and implement business-related processes for all supported teams, including the Revenue Operations team
Support regular audits of Salesforce and other technologies including preparing for upgrades
Manage integrations between Salesforce and other technologies
Respond to user’s requests (helpdesk and other) regarding Salesforce, Sales Process, and other technologies in a timely and efficient manner
Handle administrative functions in other technologies like Outreach, Totango, and Avoma
What we are hoping you can bring to the Service Express team...
Background in Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Development or Inside Sales
B2B experience preferred but not required
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines as well as handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
