Service Express UK has a brand new vacancy for an experienced Senior Retention Manager to join the company. This is an exciting time to join the business with double digit growth and a lot of M&A activity which will look to position us centrally in Europe.

You will be leading a talented team of IT datacentre (Managed Services) and maintenance renewal specialists. Your goal will be to create leading edge strategies to reduce customer churn with our direct customers and channel partners.

It's the perfect role for an individual with strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, lateral thinking, and excellent partner management. 

What you will bring:

  • Successful track record in Retention management (managing KPIs such as churn, win-back, net growth, revenue) in business to business or consumer services. 
  • Proven senior professional experience in retention
  • An unlimited amount of confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent
  • Line Management experience
  • Extensive experience in leading test-and-learn initiatives and working with colleagues and other teams to scale and automate winning strategies
  • Software: Microsoft Office, SalesForce (training provided where required)
