Enjoys collaborating and working as a team to meet hiring needs
Someone with a desire to learn and grow, both personally and professionally, in order to help drive our team forward for the future
Ability to communicate clear messages in addition to strong active listening skills
Track record of responding quickly to problems with good judgement and resourcefulness
Ability to adapt in a frequently changing environment and ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects from start to finish with a great attention to detail
Here is a snapshot of your day-to-day responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle of recruiting for multiple positions: sourcing resumes/candidates, conducting phone interviews and scheduling interviews, tracking and reporting on candidate and interview data
Partner with leaders to help identify hiring needs and provide expertise in hiring and talent planning
Provide leaders with information or training related to interviewing or documentation of interview findings
Work with hiring leaders and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
Maintain a variety of recruiting sources that provide appropriate candidate flow
Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants
Build and nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage ongoing candidate sourcing relationships
Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations as needed
Maintain up to date industry trends to have competitive advantage in recruiting efforts
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a national footprint
Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict activity and effectiveness
Develop and implement effective recruitment plans and selection strategies for assigned business areas
Partner with leaders to uncover and forecast needs thus developing customized recruiting strategies
Propose and participate in ongoing best practices and improvements to our current recruitment efforts
Prepare and maintain appropriate documentation as required by law
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Here is what Service Express can offer you…
30-35k basic salary + Bonus
This role can be part time, full time to suit your needs.
Can be based remotely, options to our offices in Wetherby and Bedford are also an option.
