We’re looking for a Global FP&A Lead who brings precision, initiative, and strategic insight to a pivotal role at the center of our Finance team. Think of this position as the Chief of Staff to Finance – a hands-on leader (without direct reports) who will bridge the gap between our senior analysts and executive leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive the global budgeting and forecasting process in partnership with North American and European teams
• Lead the preparation and delivery of financial reports for the Board and executive leadership – ensuring insight, clarity, and consistency
• Analyze complex data sets to surface key business drivers and actionable insights
• Support cross-functional initiatives, financial planning, and performance tracking
• Strengthen and improve the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of our reporting processes
• Contribute to acquisition integration efforts and ensure clear, aligned reporting for executive stakeholders
• Foster strong, trust-based relationships across teams – understanding business needs and aligning financial insights accordingly

 

 

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: 3+ years in progressive FP&A roles, with a track record of increasing responsibility and impact
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business. MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills; analytical and data-savvy; excellent communicator – both written and verbal
• Mindset: You’re curious, proactive, and adaptable – you know how to manage yourself, juggle competing priorities, and thrive when the path forward isn’t fully defined
• Influence: You bring ideas, challenge the status quo with respect, and consistently take initiative to drive results
• Presence: You operate with professional maturity, know how to “read the room,” and show up confidently in conversations with senior leaders, board members, and private equity stakeholders
