Each training path expands individual expertise in supporting customer equipment with hands-on classes and course certifications.
A mentor assists new team members with processes and technical skills, also partnering on service calls for the first six months in the field.

Instructors lead technical classes in a specialised training centre complete with a hardware lab set up to reflect customer data centre sites for effective hands-on learning.
