2019 National Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® Winner

Grand Rapids, MI – Local third-party maintenance (TPM) company, Service Express celebrates the ninth consecutive year as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation®. Out of 5,000 nominations, this award is being presented to 540 organizations located across the country. The Best and Brightest award identifies the commitment to excellence in human resource practices and employee enrichment.   

Using 20 years of experience, the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) identified numerous Human Resource practices used in leading companies. An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on these key categories to select the winners. These categories include Compensation, Benefits, Employee Enrichment, Recruitment Selection, Shared Vision and more.
