GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., 22 February 2022 – Service Express announced the company earned the 2022 Top Workplaces USA award issued by Energage. The Top Workplaces programme has a 15-year history of surveying more than 20 million employees across 60 markets. Service Express is honoured for this award based on employee feedback from over 320 participants.   

Top Workplaces USA celebrates organisations with 150 or more employees that have built great cultures. Top Workplaces USA selects winners based on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey issued by Energage. The results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers such as trusted leaders, strong values, cross-team cooperation, open-mindedness and more.
