As CPO, Kim focuses on developing and evolving Service Express\u2019 talent strategy, employee experience and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts. <br> <br>Before joining Service Express, Kim held leadership positions at First Data, now Fiserv, and FLEETCOR, where he was responsible for all HR activities across multiple geographies. Kim received a master\u2019s in psychology from the University of Copenhagen and a master\u2019s in organisational development from the University of Bedford. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
