End of service life (EOSL)

An OEM announces EOSL dates when it plans to stop supporting affected server, storage and network equipment. Once the EOSL date is reached, you will no longer be able to purchase or renew hardware support contracts through the OEM for these systems. However, these service milestones do not reflect on current or future performance, nor do they prevent you from using alternative support for your EOSL equipment.
