Is my End-of-Life (EOL)/End-of-Service-Life (EOSL) equipment eligible for third-party maintenance renewal?

Yes, in most cases. Third-party maintenance extends the life of server, storage and network hardware. EOL and EOSL are OEM terms based on the OEM’s own support timeline, not equipment performance. TPM providers are prepared with quality parts and engineer skills to successfully maintain EOL/EOSL equipment. 

Are your engineers qualified to maintain my data center equipment?

Yes – the engineers (primary and secondary) supporting your data center have multi-platform and multi-vendor expertise to maintain your equipment, resolve failures and restore uptime. To keep pace with shifts in technology or in your environment, these engineers attend hands-on training courses to master the skills needed to best support your server, storage or network devices. With third-party maintenance, you can keep your equipment working for 5-7 years longer than the typical OEM refresh cycle for considerable savings to your CapEx budget.
