Darren has worked in the IT industry for nearly three decades, accumulating various skills and expertise across several roles and fields. After starting as an RPG programmer, Darren moved to supporting critical IT systems before designing and developing enterprise for customers across all market segments.
As the Head of Product and Innovation at Service Express, Darren leverages his extensive experience to ensure customers’ pain points are front and centre throughout the design and enhancement of existing and new services — from the ideation stage onwards.
