Rob joined Service Express as Cleveland’s Branch Service Manager in 2010. He has over two decades of experience within the IT industry, holding a variety of roles. Rob continues to help improve customer experiences and ensure streamlined service delivery.
Rob currently oversees the service, support and supply chain teams and is passionate about developing talented and results-oriented teams worldwide. His focus is the continuous improvement and delivery of differentiated, effortless customer experiences. Rob is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and an Advisory Board Member of the Service Council.
