Rob Miller came to Service Express in 2010 as Cleveland’s Branch Service Manager before inheriting the Pittsburgh, Columbus, Cincinnati and Indianapolis offices. He was instrumental in helping develop the processes that gave his team the bandwidth to lead 3-4 offices each. Rob was promoted to Vice President of Service in 2017, and Chief Customer Officer in 2020.
When he’s not busy coaching dynamic high-performance teams, Rob—an avid baseball fan—serves as the President of Titans Baseball, a youth travel baseball organization.
