Grand Rapids, MI The premier third-party maintenance (TPM) provider, Service Express, has acquired SYMM-Care, a TPM provider based in Cleveland, OH.   

With over 20 years of third-party support, SYMM-Care is recognized for providing hardware and software maintenance solutions for EMC, IBM and NetApp users. SYMM-Care was founded in 1999 by Bob and Mark Borlin who have expanded the company to service customers in the U.S. and internationally.
