If so, we have a great opportunity for you as a Senior Account Manager. A Senior account Manager will be responsible for engaging customers and supporting their needs, while assisting in the set-up product processes and workflows.

What You Will Do:
- Be a “Builder”, focused on existing customer accounts
- Uncover future potential by focusing on customer needs and educating clients
- Set, hold, and execute meetings with existing customers to expand contacts
- Listen to customer needs to create customized solutions
- Track customer renewals and partner with the Customer Success Team to successfully renew revenue
What You Will Bring:
- Demonstrated success in a Sales role
- Ability to creatively sell solutions at CIO, VP and IS Director level
- Proven experience in growing customer accounts
- Great attitude and self-motivated work ethic
- Ability to Quarterback a team of resources/support staff to win business
