This position will be remote majority of the time, but also need to have availability to come into our Bedford office once in a while to meet and collaborate with other data science team members!

 

We are looking to add a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to our team! This position will focus on data analytics, reporting, and visualizations to promote data-driven decision-making for the third-party maintenance (TPM) and managed infrastructure services (MIS) side of our business.

Here’s what this position is all about:

• Build strong connections with all levels of individual contributors, mid to upper-level management, and executive leadership
• Extract, clean, and summarize data from internal and external sources to produce reports
• Create insightful analytics, visualizations, and predictive models for business decision makers
• Assist with reporting tool migration from legacy reporting tools to Power BI
• Interact with executive leadership to coordinate on projects, strategies, and company initiatives
• Articulate the benefits of and provide coaching on end-to-end products, tools, models to ensure adoption and uptake of insights and findings
• Work closely with Data Engineers and other analysts on the Business Intelligence team to effectively support projects and requests
• Work to prioritize and balance workload of several tasks at a time

 

What we are hoping you can bring to the Service Express team…

• Proven experience (5+ years is ideal) in a position involving data querying, data analysis, and data visualization
• Demonstrated ability with reporting tools and software such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
• Familiarity with SQL tools such as SSMS, Oracle, Snowflake
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior leaders
• Third Party Maintenance and/or Managed Infrastructure Services experience preferred but not required
